Hermed en indkaldelse til ekstraordinær generalforsamling i FFK. Den oprindelige generalforsamling d. 24. april blev aflyst pga. for få  fremmødte, så det er vigtigt, at alle klubbens medlemmer støtter op om FFK ved at deltage i mødet.

Generalforsamlingen afholdes torsdag d. 24. maj kl. 18.30 i mødelokalet i Bellahøj Hallerne, Bellahøjvej 1-3, hvor foreningen undervejs byder på lidt at drikke.

Dagsorden:

1. Valg af dirigent og referent.
2. Bestyrelsens beretning for det forløbne år.
3. Forelæggelse af regnskab for det forløbne år til godkendelse.
4. Fastsættelse af deltagerbetaling.
5. Forelæggelse af bestyrelsens budgetforslag for det kommende år.
6. indkomne forslag
7. Valg af indtil 9 bestyrelsesmedlemmer.
8. Valg af indtil 2 bestyrelsessuppleanter.
9. Valg af revisor og revisorsuppleant.
10. Eventuelt.

Efter generalforsamlingen vil der være fællestræning for alle.

Vi håber at se rigtigt mange medlemmer fra alle hold til generalforsamlingen.
