Både FFK's damer og herrer var med i bowlen, da der blev trukket lod til Pokalturneringens tredje runde. Herrerne tager imod Benløse, som til dagligt spiller i Ligaen. Kampen spilles tirsdag d. 2. oktober kl. 19.30 i Bellahøj Hal 2. Dagen efter skal damerne til Rungsted for at spille mod Rungsted-Hørsholm FK fra 1. division, også 19.30.
