For sæsonen 2012/13 har trænerteamet valgt Sarah Høyer Poulsen som Årets spiller. Trænerteamet begrunder dette med den store udvikling, Sarah har gennemgået i løbet af sin første sæson som Dame 1-spiller. Udover at have udviklet sig meget sportsligt har Sarah også taget meget ansvar, selvom det var hendes debutsæson, og er trådt i karakter som en leder på holdet, både på og uden for banen.
